Terms of Service

Last updated 26 July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and LaunchStudio (we, us), governing your use of the LaunchStudio website, application and related services (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

LaunchStudio turns a written description into source code. You describe an application, an AI model generates a React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS project, and you can then edit it, preview it in your browser, refine it through chat, download it as a ZIP archive, and — where enabled — publish it to a public address.

The Service is under active development. Features may change or be withdrawn, and we do not currently offer a service level or uptime guarantee.

3. Your account

  • You need an account to generate projects. Give an email address you control and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
  • Accounts are for a single person. Do not share credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • generate, host or distribute malware, phishing pages, scams, or anything designed to deceive or harm people;
  • produce content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy, or that sexualises minors;
  • attempt to break out of the preview sandbox, reach other users’ projects, or otherwise probe or interfere with our infrastructure;
  • work around rate limits, quotas or access controls, including by automating account creation;
  • resell or repackage the generation capability as a competing service.

We may suspend or remove content, published sites, or accounts that breach this section. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

5. Who owns what you make

  • You own your input. Your prompts, your edits and any material you bring to the Service remain yours.
  • You own the output. As between you and us, we claim no ownership of the code the Service generates for you. You may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercially, without attribution.
  • We need a limited licence to operate. You grant us the right to store, copy and process your projects only so far as is necessary to run the Service for you — generating, previewing, versioning, backing up and publishing at your request.
  • AI output is not exclusive. Generative models produce similar results from similar prompts. We cannot promise your output is unique, and depending on your jurisdiction AI output may not attract copyright protection.

6. Generated code is a starting point

The Service produces code automatically, without human review. It may contain mistakes, insecure patterns, licensing issues or dependencies that do not suit your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you ship. Do not deploy generated code to production, handle other people’s data with it, or rely on it for anything safety-critical without your own review.

Nothing produced by the Service is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

7. Publishing

If you publish a project, it becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the address. You are the publisher of that site and are responsible for its content and for any data it collects from visitors. Published sites are served from a separate domain to the application for security reasons. We may take a published site offline if it breaches section 4 or if we are legally required to.

8. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans we will publish the pricing and terms before they apply to you, and free use of features you already rely on will not become chargeable without notice.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, or if we must do so by law. Except where that is impossible, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your projects first.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for lost or corrupted data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, and the courts of Uzbekistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory protections available to you as a consumer where you live.
